Paying for your order
We use the services of Mollie to process payments for your order.
Mollie is a Collecting Payment Service Provider (CPSP), also known as a payment institution. They ensure that you can make payments safely online at webshops and other online businesses. Mollie is licensed to operate as a Payment Service Provider throughout Europe (and beyond) and is regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank.
You can therefore be sure that you can safely purchase your products from us. The pages where you actually complete your payment are secure, and the information you enter is transmitted in encrypted form.
Our website is equipped with an encrypted connection called SSL. This SSL connection ensures that all confidential information is transmitted in encrypted form when making a transaction.

You can choose from various payment methods with us. To make things easy for you, we offer different options so that there is always a payment method that best suits your needs.
iDeal
With iDEAL, you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe, and easy way using your own bank card. If you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN, KNAB, Triodos, Fortis, ING, Rabobank, Van Lanschot, or SNS Bank, you can pay directly with iDEAL.
Afterpay - pay later
AfterPay handles the entire "pay later" process for us. This means you will receive a payment summary from AfterPay. You can view and pay this payment summary safely and very easily from your smartphone using the AfterPay App. In the online environment "Mijn AfterPay," you can manage your payment summaries from your computer or tablet. AfterPay keeps you updated via push notifications & email when a payment summary is ready for you.
Credit card
We gladly accept MasterCard, Maestro, and VISA credit cards. The payment will be processed via an SSL-secured server. As soon as we have verified your credit card details, we will ship the order the same day.
Bancontact / Mister Cash
Belgian customers can easily pay via Bancontact / Mister Cash. Payment with Bancontact / Mister Cash is processed via a secure web page provided by ICEPAY, a Dutch payment service provider. To use this, you must have a card reader, similar to the one used for online banking.
Bank transfer
SEPA advance bank transfer is a guaranteed payment method that can be used internationally.
Delayed payment
Ordered today, delivered tomorrow. That is the standard procedure, and you can count on it. As soon as your payment reaches us, we always ship your package immediately. In the exceptional case that your payment arrives late, it may happen that your delivery is postponed by one day for that reason.
Paid with iDEAL, but did not receive an order confirmation
Have you paid with iDEAL, but are you unsure whether your order was successful? Check if money has been deducted from your account. If no money has been deducted, the payment was not successful, and you have not lost any money. You can place your order again.
Has money been deducted, but you haven't received an order confirmation yet? Then we recommend that you wait a moment. It can take up to an hour for us to receive payments.
If you have not received an order confirmation from us after an hour, please contact our customer service. We can help you quickly using your transaction number. This is always mentioned with the debit entry.
Declined credit card payments
It can happen that your payment is declined, which is of course very frustrating. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the reasons. Declined payments cannot be reversed.
Your order has been automatically cancelled, and no money will be deducted. Do you still want to receive your order? Please place it again and choose iDEAL or advance payment.
Why do we check credit card payments?
We believe it is important to protect our customers against fraudulent payments, as credit card payments are susceptible to fraudsters. Payments are objectively and automatically approved or declined based on a large number of criteria. A payment is declined if, for example, the CVC code or expiration date of the credit card has been entered incorrectly.
