Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of your order
Packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered by GLS. Once we have registered the order with GLS, you will receive information from them regarding the shipment. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the package will be offered again the next day or delivered to your neighbors. You will receive a notification of this in your mailbox.
If the package cannot be delivered and you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a message from the courier. This note will contain a 'not-at-home code'. This code always starts with the letters KG. Use this code to choose a new delivery time or a new delivery location on the same day before 10:00 PM. If you scan the QR code on the message with your smartphone, you will be taken directly to the correct page. After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest collection point.
Important information about your shipment
The products you have ordered do not always fit through the letterbox. It is therefore important that someone is present at the provided address to receive the package. If the neighbors cannot receive the package, the delivery person will try again the next day.
GLS delivers packages 6 days a week (not on Sundays) between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM. If you are not at home, you will receive a note in your mailbox.
Overview of shipping costs
You pay no shipping costs when the order amount is over 65 euros. This applies to shipments within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Below this amount, we charge 5.45 euros for shipping.
For other countries, shipping costs are always calculated. The costs vary per country and are indicated in the table below.
Delivery time depends on a number of factors:
• Products are almost always in stock if they can be ordered.
• Has the order been paid for? If you want to receive your order quickly, choose an immediate payment method: iDEAL or Credit card.

Delivery to Belgium and Germany:
The transport and delivery of your package are handled by GLS. Delivery from the moment of dispatch usually takes place within 24 hours.
It is also possible that the package will be handed over to a neighbor. If no delivery has taken place after several attempts, the package will be returned to the sender.
