The successor to the immensely popular DGP72. Improved in many ways, including being equipped with the new and better X-Taper 2.0 blades. These blades grab the hair and cut it perfectly straight. The hair does not slip away from the clipper. The lifespan of the new blades is also significantly longer. With the convenient dial, you can easily adjust the cutting length of the blades with one hand, from 0.8 to 2.0 mm.
The self-regulating motor ensures that more RPMs are used for thicker hair. It automatically adjusts the power to the hair thickness, ensuring a constant speed.
In the DGP74, Panasonic uses patented linear motor technology, which is unique worldwide. Power is transferred from the motor to the blade without friction. This allows it to cut with a nice constant power, regardless of the battery's charge level. This means faster and safer work.
